This is a formal complaint about my missing deposit since March 11, 2024. It's a $100 deposit on my account that never got credited on my ggbet account. It's been 11 days since my deposit but still it's not credited. Same with reviews with 1xbet the specialist will just say that it's being investigated by the payment provider. Please wait for an email. They don't care at all
Whats worse is I saw other people from my country as well experienced this issue since January. This issue has been on going ever since and ggbet did not do anything for it to be prevented in the future. For 12 days, my money never got credited on the account. I ask my payment provider, they say the transaction was successful. The worse part is a lot of ppl are experiencing this last 3 months here in Philippines. What about next month??? I ask for a refund but still they decline since it's still being investigated. I read their payment policies and clearly it falls on the technical issue should be a refund or a credit. This is just insane they are doing this to people. My $100 has been deducted to my account since first day until now missing. I just want my credit on my account but their customer service no remorse at all.
