I made a withdrawal about $5,000 by swift method on 11th June 2016. Yesterday was 20th June 2016, I received the email that told me the information that I provided was wrong. However, I sent the correct information to them. And then, I sent the information that I provide again. The information that provided my bank directly. It is 100% correct. I don't why it is wrong. They require that I need to provide 6 digit code of Swift Code. However, my bank is Bank of Montreal, it's only had one type swift code for Canadian dollars. I waited and wasted too much time with them. I just want to get the reward. However, I have been waiting more than 10 days after I requested a withdrawal. I really angry and unhappy right now. I tried to contact with too many times with a support person. But it doesn't work.
