So three months ago I was playing speed blackjack on Casinova.com, I had won two 10 euro hands but then noticed my balance just went down 20 euros. I then looked at my betting history and it said I had won the hands. After this I went into support and they kept telling me they will give me updates on the situation and I never happened to get any response or so called updates. Now today three months later I go to ask them what's going on with the situation and they tell me the process is still going on. No way it takes over 3 months to fix my speed blackjack winnings and give them to me and every time I go to support they just send me the same automated texts and close the chats when I call them out on not assisting me. I will provide proof. You can see in the screenshots the bet was made in january and I messaged them now on april and still no progress. And I can't even go and talk to the providers cause everytime i try i cant even make an account there ive tried plenty of times
