Withdrawal delayed 101 EUR

Created an account, fully verified myself, talked in chat multiple times if everything is allright and asked about withdrawal times.

I was told (as you can see in the attachment) that withdrawals take "usually" 1 hour for cards. I did a withdrawal on the same card after wagering more than 1x my balance (checked the terms, so this can not be the issue).

This happened on 1st December around 4 am GMT+2, so I thought I would have received it when I woke up in the morning, but I didn't.

I thought this was just a simple delay, but here I am, 3 and a half days after being told every time that I have to wait.

I've also attached their own term, which says they will process withdrawals in 24 hours max.

My withdrawal is still processing, so it didn't even pass the first step.

This is not really related, but their transaction/bet history is visible only after the day you made the bets/transactions, so I had to wait 1 day only to see my withdrawal.
