On 24.01.2026, I requested a withdrawal from Blazebet Casino in the amount of €2,000. My winnings have still not been paid, and more than 60 hours have passed since the request, even though the website states that payments are processed within 24 hours.
I contacted the support team to ask whether there is any issue with my account or with the payment. Each time, their response has been the same: “There is no problem, checks are being carried out, and you will receive your payment very soon.” My account is fully verified, and I have checked all my personal details to make sure there are no errors.
I contact the support team several times every day, but they do not provide any meaningful or up-to-date information. I feel quite concerned that I may not receive my winnings. I have read many comments online, and other players have reported experiencing the same problem.
Please take action and look into my case.
