To clarify the story i would like to add:
- my account was fully verified
- when i lost they had no problem doing my withdraw
- had no bonus active at all
- used the same card as always
- withdraw on the card i deposited like i did before
Won 750 euro from my 715 deposit, wagered the money as it is told in the terms, got mail that they found comparable to fraudulent breach of terms and that they will permanently close my account and refund my deposit (nothing else, a date or anything), i responded with a mail in which i asked for more details, which they did not answer, i contacted them in live chat, the transcript wasnt sent to my email, they always did send it, this time they didnt, they told me they cant tell me more, only that i broke a term in deposits/withdraw category, i checked them all one by one, found nothing, they told me the games i played had nothing to do with this, so i win, they take my money, close my account, dont tell me why, just i broke a term but you gotta know it yourself, if they want to refund me when i win, then refund me all the times i lost aswell, cause i did nothing different, i won instead of losing, or give me the withdraw with the win and then close my account, also i havent played ever on any other sister casino to blazebet, the ones owned by the same company.
