Withdrawal delays without communication
Hi guys
I have exhausted every avenue available to me to get my withdrawal processed promptly but alas i find myself here. I'm really disappointed i have to come to a third party but my patience is now up.
I started playing on Beem over a month ago and I immediately submitted my documents as is best practice. I made several deposits with and then on one if the deposits I took a bonus and completed the wagering within terms of the site and submitted a withdrawal request for 420 euros Friday the 25th.The weekend passed and I heard nothing so Monday I contacted support and one if the agents advised me to change my withdrawal method to bank transfer as debit card is not supported I said no problem. That was some 96+ hours ago I have returned everyday to look for an update but all i get is automated responses and we are sorry. I'm still not verified and my withdrawal is still pending and they do not work weekends so by the time this complaint gets published i would have waited more than a week.
Its just not acceptable. I have told Beem I did not want to make a complaint and gave every opportunity to resolve this but i get no correspondence so i have no choice but to come here. I will attach screenshot of my withdrawal status and a screenshot of my pending documents that have been available to Beem since i joined.
Its such a shame as I like the site and have enjoyed playing here win or lose but this is just really low standards by the casino with regards to withdrawal and verification.
