Delayed withdrawal of 2.772 Euros
I have made a withdrawal on 12 November 2022. I contacted Beemcasino's customer service, they answered on 11/14/2022
"Currently, we have all the needed documents.All withdrawal requests process on a first-come, first-served basis.
We try to do this as quickly as possible."
Beemcasino announced that they have all necessary documents and they haven't asked for any other documents since then. If they have all my documents, then why have they still not paid my withdrawal?
This raises great doubts, especially since I have read similar experiences from many other people who have not received their withdrawals. I have since sent a message to Beemcasino twice by email, but they have not responded to either message. I like this casino by the way, it would be a real shame if they don't act honestly.
