Verification and withdrawal delayed
On 02.03.2022 around 2 am I requested €1999 withdrawal. I also uploaded the required documents (proof of ID, proof of address, and proof of deposit). On 04.03.2022 I was informed that I stated at the registration that I was German and my Hungarian ID would not be accepted and I should send a German proof of ID. So I uploaded my German driver's license (even though I challenged the fact that I stated anywhere that I was German when I am not; I also said that if so then it was a genuine mistake of not noticing a prefilled box maybe or so). This was on 6th March in the morning. They keep telling me a lot of strange things, starting from that I stated that I was German and that they have a lot to do, but the fact is that my payment has not been processed for 8 days. Even the newly invented rule (in the chat on Monday that it takes 3 working days to process the verification) is now definitely over.
I have a feeling that they are trying to avoid payment.
