Please, I've been waiting for a refund of 80.36 euros since February 27th.
On March 7th, I was asked for a bank statement to prove that I hadn't received the refund. I sent it and haven't received any response.
I've accessed the chat every day since then, and they just tell me to wait while the department in charge is working.
I think more than one month for a refund is more than enough.
Please, I need a solution as soon as possible.
