Despite this, BDM Bet keeps rejecting valid documents, repeating the same demands, and requesting unrelated information (such as a January payslip, even though I only deposited in March). My income is over €2,400 per month, and I’ve given them proof of over €7,200 in earnings — more than 16x the amount I deposited.
They continue to delay and obstruct verification for no valid reason, while holding onto my winnings. Their actions are unfair, unprofessional, and may be in violation of responsible gambling and anti-money laundering guidelines.

Now, BDM is stating that they will place the case on hold indefinitely if I don’t provide evidence of a transaction that never happened. That is an unreasonable demand and not aligned with responsible gambling or fair withdrawal policies. If crypto deposits are only accepted when directly purchased from an exchange, this must be made clear before allowing such deposits — not after a player wins.
I believe this is a deliberate attempt to avoid paying out a legitimate €1,600 withdrawal, and I now consider this to be a serious breach of fair treatment and consumer rights.
I urge BDM Bet to reconsider this unreasonable position and process my withdrawal without further delay.
