I have been playing BC for 4 years. A few months ago, I was playing the game and I saw my money disappear instantly. I found the customer service and reported it. After that, I did not receive any response about my money loss. My account was stopped by them and needed to be verified. I have been doing this for several months. I can't KYC even with my US driver's license. A few days ago, I finally passed it, but the account is still in the verification status. Moreover, their customer service efficiency is very low. There was no response for two or three days. I need to open my account immediately and return my lost funds. I am sure it was not a hacker because I was playing the game at the time.
