I accumulated several bonuses/rewards in their system, throughout a period of a week, when it first occurred I raised it with the support who said they will look into it.
The next few days , they said it was solved and ready to be claimed, which it wasn't.
The next days I tried to reach out on several occasions without getting any kind of resolution, and the only answer I got, consistently - The backend team is looking into it.

It has now gone over 7 days and nothing has been done from BC.Game neither do they show any willingness to solve it.
