I made a request for withdrawal of £8999.00 on the 20/07/24 it was successful but then stopped due to verification checks etc which I completed leading me to think everything was okay.
A week or so went by and I noticed it still was awaiting process so then I messaged costumer services to be told it had gone higher up and they couldn’t give me a time frame of when this was going to get resolved.
Since I’m having no luck pushing the issue further I have no other option to seek help.
