Sent picture of my passport and utility bill 28/11/23 to the support email address to complete verification progress. Waited 4 days and contacted them because it was already over 72 hours they promised.

Live chat told me that no one had read my email yet and after that got email I have attached and promise of another 72 hours.

Yesterday I contacted livechat again and was told to come back tomorrow if there hasn't been any progress.

Today I contacted them again and was promised another 72 hours what was dropped to 24 hours after I asked how is it 72 hours again.

This is way over promised time limits for verification from 888sport.

Had made only one deposit and won one bet so my balance is only 80€ what is obviously stuck there for now.

They have only changed my address so far although i sent my passport in same email as utility bill and live chat says i haven't even sent my passport in same email. After a long conversation live chat found my email and passport attached to it so now again they say its 72 hours.

Would like to keep this open until i get my account verified and withdrawal done.

My account was verified on saturday and i made withdrawal of 80 euros via trustly. It was confirmed same day, now it's tuesday and i still haven't received any money from them to my bank account. Yesterday livechat told me to come back today and today they are telling me its up to 5 business days.
