I was depositing (same card, my card) and playing on 888poker casino. After 500USD deposits on this account, I won 12,230USD on slots (Gates of Olympus) They asked for verification. I send my ID and verification was done. Then I am asked to provide proof of address (which is different now because i am not living anymore where I was when I registrated my account). I am croatian working season jobs in Austria so my address is changing. There is timeframe which 888poker sets for answering (72h) and there is still no answer (today 120h) plus there are no any updates for my request to address change. Support on live chat keep telling me they send a follow up for my request but nothing happens. My Account is now restricted for 8 days.

Hello @AskGamblers, thank you for caring for my case.
On 29th I have send again email on 888support and operations with 15 attachments explaining everything. To prove my address I have provided utility bill, two of the bank statements, croatian government address status and now I have been asked to provide another utility bill. Sending it in next few days when I get it for March.

888casino, thank you for your answer.

I have send in last e-mail 6 documents of my address proof (isn't enough?). Will wait 2-3 days untill I get my bill and statement for March and then I will send it, just tell me Operations team or 888casino support?
