I made a withdraw on Feb 23 2026 for $22,000 and on Feb 24 2026 it was approved and was informed that funds were transferred but it is now March 11 2026 and I still have not received my funds. Customer services keeps on stating that they have escalted and I keep on getting same response. I keep getting the run around. I have checked with my bank amd there have been no transfers. It has been way over the a lotted time frame for their withdraws. I wanted to talk to management team but they keep telling me that there is no one available.

I have almost daily connected with their live chat requesting updates... but the only response I get is that they have escalted and that I will get an email response... its been over 10 days and still no email response. I request for a manager but they always tell me that there is none working. It is almost 1 month now since I made my withdrawl request and still nothing... Last time I requested i was on wait for over 1 hour 30 mins and did not even get a service representative to respond. Looks like I am being ghosted now.
