Good morning,

I am really hoping you can help me out with my complaint.

I am still awaiting my funds withdrawal of £40,000 from 888casino, I have verified all documentation that they have asked for. As per their stated timelines, the funds should now be in my bank account.

The customer service of 888casino is absolutely disgraceful.

The chat window, just state they will escalate your concern, I have emailed on numerous occasions but no one ever returns an email.

I am owed £40,000, and as you can imagine this is now very frustrating.

The original withdrawal request was the 17th July 23, it is now the 7th Aug 23.

Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. This is the first time I have received a reply and not just an automated one.

I have now been waiting since the 17th August for my funds to be withdrawn. A timely response would be greatly appreciated.

Can you confirm that I now have to wait another 3 days for a response or 3 days to receive my monies?

15 business days for a 5 business day turn around. You are not abiding to your stipulated timelines.

On checking my withdrawal via the app, it still states 'awaiting processing'.

Can I please get a confirmed update of when my funds will be released

I am still to receive an update via email as you stated.

I would like an update please, if this is not cleared by Friday then I am sure you will make me wait until after the weekend.

It has now been 17 business days, your terms and conditions clearly state 1 business day to authorise and upto 5 business to reach my account.

This is very frustrating now

I was asked to wait 72hrs on Mon 7th August when I started this complaint.

Could you confirm that you now want me to wait another 72hrs.

I just wanted to keep you informed.

I have now reached out to a legal firm that should be in contact with 888casino within the next 24hrs.

Sorry it has now got to this stage but your company are not abiding to the terms and conditions set on your website.

All relevant correspondence from both my 888 app and emails sent are now with the legal company.

Rest assured that we're doing our best to release the funds as quickly as possible. We've now sent a an urgent request for an update again to our payments team regarding the withdrawal.
