I am really hoping you can help me out with my complaint.
I am still awaiting my funds withdrawal of £40,000 from 888casino, I have verified all documentation that they have asked for. As per their stated timelines, the funds should now be in my bank account.
The customer service of 888casino is absolutely disgraceful.
The chat window, just state they will escalate your concern, I have emailed on numerous occasions but no one ever returns an email.
I am owed £40,000, and as you can imagine this is now very frustrating.
The original withdrawal request was the 17th July 23, it is now the 7th Aug 23.
Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

For anyone checking thos post for reference, 888casino took 30 days from my withdrawal date to issue my funds.
For such a well know online gaming platform, this is terrible custom service.
I have been told to wait 72hrs and then again another 72hrs.
I would just like to get my money now.
It is a lot of money that I am owed.
