I've been active on 888 from the last 9 months or so.
The withdrawals used to take 4-5 business days and get transferred into my account. I've made multiple withdrawals of up to 5000$ in the past with no issues.
Right now I have 3 pending withdrawal requests so far.
- 20th January $16000
- 21st January $3000
- 23rd January $7500
After putting these withdrawals, 888 restricted my account so i couldn't cancel or modify by withdrawals.
I received emails to provide my bank statement, photos of my credit card, my wage slips. Which I've submitted multiple times. And i was advised that all documents have been approved. Then i receive another email a week later to provide them my credit card info. for a card which i put wrong number by mistake and i told them the whole situation how i entered wrong cc# number and the transaction never went through so i never used that card to put money in my 888 account. The only credit card i've ever used to deposit money is my personal cc# which i've sent the photo of to 888 multiple times.
I keep getting emails that unfortunately there are no details they can provide me as the matter is handled by the different department. And the colleagues which are looking into the matter will reach out to me. Its been over 3 weeks now that department is looking into it with no information being provided to me.
I've emailed operations team as well and got no response. I have emails proof and screenshots of all my winnings and emails from 888 stating that my withdrawals are under process.
On top of that when i emailed them saying that its a big amount and its been over 3 weeks of me waiting for money and i need that money, they blocked my account fully. And now i have no access to 888.
I have provided all the verification documents.
This is causing me a lot of mental stress and anxiety as it is a big amount. I've deposited around 20,000$ using my credit card which they take right away but when we ask for withdrawals its a big process/issues.
With all due respect, at this point if this issue is not resolved I'm going to have to reach out to their licensing/regulatory authority as I'm getting no updates or information and have my lawyer look into this.
I do appreciate their quick responses to me but there's no information provided on what I can submit to verify my account and I can't keep waiting for weeks for my withdrawals.
