I've been active on 888 from the last 9 months or so.

The withdrawals used to take 4-5 business days and get transferred into my account. I've made multiple withdrawals of up to 5000$ in the past with no issues.

Right now I have 3 pending withdrawal requests so far.

  • 20th January $16000
  • 21st January $3000
  • 23rd January $7500

After putting these withdrawals, 888 restricted my account so i couldn't cancel or modify by withdrawals.

I received emails to provide my bank statement, photos of my credit card, my wage slips. Which I've submitted multiple times. And i was advised that all documents have been approved. Then i receive another email a week later to provide them my credit card info. for a card which i put wrong number by mistake and i told them the whole situation how i entered wrong cc# number and the transaction never went through so i never used that card to put money in my 888 account. The only credit card i've ever used to deposit money is my personal cc# which i've sent the photo of to 888 multiple times.

I keep getting emails that unfortunately there are no details they can provide me as the matter is handled by the different department. And the colleagues which are looking into the matter will reach out to me. Its been over 3 weeks now that department is looking into it with no information being provided to me.

I've emailed operations team as well and got no response. I have emails proof and screenshots of all my winnings and emails from 888 stating that my withdrawals are under process.

On top of that when i emailed them saying that its a big amount and its been over 3 weeks of me waiting for money and i need that money, they blocked my account fully. And now i have no access to 888.

I have provided all the verification documents.

This is causing me a lot of mental stress and anxiety as it is a big amount. I've deposited around 20,000$ using my credit card which they take right away but when we ask for withdrawals its a big process/issues.

With all due respect, at this point if this issue is not resolved I'm going to have to reach out to their licensing/regulatory authority as I'm getting no updates or information and have my lawyer look into this.

I do appreciate their quick responses to me but there's no information provided on what I can submit to verify my account and I can't keep waiting for weeks for my withdrawals.

Hi team 888,

I just received another email asking me to submit a photo of the credit card ending in 0288. I've told multiple times now that this payment never went through, the deposit was never made as I put in the wrong card number.
Why am I getting the same email 7 times and replying the same thing over and over again.
Your team is fully aware of this as I've been trying to communicate this with everyone and they said that i can just reach out to operations team and they will ask for alternative documents.

Your email says to send a copy of the credit card which was used to make a deposit in the account. The deposit was never made from that credit card, it never went through and now I'm getting the same emails again and again. And this is very draining mentally and emotionally.

I've attached a copy of my utility bill as requested in another email, please fast track this case as I'm getting very impatient now. It's been over a month that I'm trying to get my withdrawals now. and that's unacceptable and so exhausting.

I've been getting this same email for the last 3 weeks and no progress has been made. Its been escalated since Feb 4th, and this is the same reply every time. Im respectfully asking to have this resolved and process my withdrawals else im going to have to get me lawyer involved.

Still waiting on any updates. I have uploaded any document that has been requested and no progress has been made.
I will be involving my lawyer at this point because im exhausted from going back and forth asking for money which are my winnings. Its been over a month of me waiting for almost $27000 and this is not acceptable.
The emotional distress this has caused me is unbelievable and its affecting my mental state and personal life at this point.

Im not sure why there has been no update. All the documents have been submitted and verified. I have been continuously emailing back and forth and there has been no resolve. 888 team needs to know that this is so exhausting and defeating.

I got another email today asking me to verify the credit card ending in 0288, i have told you guys so many times now that that card was never used and how i put in the wrong card number, the transaction never went through because i put in the wrong card number yet your operations team keep asking me for a photo of the credit card. How do you expect me to provide you with a card. Also, when the transaction was never approved why is it needed.
Can this please be sorted.

Im still waiting on any update from 888 team and their operations team. I've been emailing from the last 2 weeks explaining everything, this is not the first time. There is still no update on my withdrawals.

Thank you so much for replying, I have been listening to this thing about escalating to relevant department everyday from last 20 days but never got a follow up for this.
I have been mailing and doing everything to contact the responsible gaming team but never ever got a reply from anyone.I hope you’ll get back to me soon as the case is time sensitive for me now
