So I made a deposit on February 1, it was withdrawn from my bank account the same time, the money was not deposited on 888 Casino the same time so I waited a little, went back on the game and the money was still not being shown.

I contacted a agent on the live chat they said that they didn’t receive it and that I should wait 3-5 business days for it to return to my bank account so I then deposited another fund of $700 which was successfully deposited right. I waited for a couple of days after 5 days passed and I got no responses whatsoever so I continued texting on the live chat almost everyday to find out why and all they did was asking me for the reference number.

I then provided them with the reference number three different days, just now after 26 days of my money being deposited to them and going missing all they had to tell me once again for the third time is to send the information stating the name of the person who sent the money, the date the money was sent, the amount of money that was sent and the reference number. Which I already gave to them three times already with SCREENSHOTS.
