I still haven’t received any emails of 888… I have sent again some emails to the operations team and the support team but they dont respond, or they say that they will respond in 72 hours, but they don’t do it…

Today I received an email from the 888 operations team, and they are asking the same documents as provided. I have sent them an email and explained the situation again. Also I have sent the documents again so they can be reviewed.
