I have opened an account at 888sport after colleagues tipped me that they have a nice welcome offer and several betting options. Usually I play somewhere else but I wanted to test it out.

After winning €200 I wanted to withdraw my funds, but to do that you first need to make a deposit. I decided to make a small deposit with my digital master card, but unfortunately after making the deposit I wasn't able to access my account anymore.

I received an email from the operations team who asked me to make a photo of the front and back side of my creditcard, but it is not possible because I use a digital card. So I've sent them a credit card statement with my address on it and also my passport. My passport has been verified but they keep asking for a photo of the front and back of my creditcard. They don't respond to my emails, I only receive the same mail every time.

I'm afraid they have stolen my deposit because I cannot login for almost two weeks. Hopefully they can verify my account and I can keep using their services (because they have many good betting options) without problems anymore.

Hello, My account has been reopened and I have received my withdrawal. Now I can bet again so the case can be closed! :)
