I am trying to withdraw 28k from 888 for over a week. I had successful withdrawals before attempting to withdraw a larger amount. I have been asked for bank statements and a void cheque. provided. was told everything was approved. apparently this was not true. now I need to provide address verification. this was already provided a week ago, two bank statements, and a drivers license. was told today this would be sorted by end of day. now its end of day and the support online is telling me 'we dont want to mislead you as to timing of resolution.'
I just want paid out, I have used other sports books and received no hassle whatsoever.
