Dear AskGamblers Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Ryan, and I have been a loyal member of 888 Casino. I am writing to file a complaint regarding a couple of delayed withdrawals that I am experiencing, and I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter in order for me to receive my funds.

On July 27th, I requested a withdrawal of $6,000.00 and on July 29th I requested two withdrawals, one for $45,000.00 and the other for $16,150.00 from my 888 Casino account. As per their terms and conditions, I expected the transaction to be processed within a couple of days. However, as of today's date, the withdrawals have not been processed, and my attempts to communicate with 888 Casino's customer service have been met with unsatisfactory responses.

I have submitted all relevant supporting documents that 888 has required.

I understand that delays can occur, but the lack of communication and transparency from 888 Casino is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer, and this experience has significantly impacted my trust in their services.

I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter to facilitate the processing of my withdrawals. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue and hope to hear from you soon.

I'd appreciate a response please - it's been 4 business days since I submitted this inquiry and it's now been 10/11 business days since I initiated my withdrawals.

Attached are screenshots showing the account is verified and another screenshot showing your customer service representative mentioning that there are no restrictions.

If there is nothing else you require, please provide me an explanation as to why I haven't been paid yet.

I did not receive any email from the support/operations department on August 12, 2023, if an email was sent, please re-send (I checked my spam/folder as well) On August 8th, it was mentioned in this thread that this inquiry would be sent to the payments team and now it's being mentioned again. Why can't an update be posted here in regards to the withdrawal?

Thanks for the reply. I've already responded to the last email and sent 2 additional emails to your team as well. Still, I have heard nothing back. As a valued and loyal customer, I'd expect to hear something ASAP. I'd like to start playing on the site again, but I'm not going to do so until I receive my withdrawals that I requested over 15 business days ago.

I still have not received any communication for your support or operations team. I've also sent 2-3 emails, but have heard nothing. This is not yet resolved.

Hi 888,

It's now been 8 business days since I filed my complaint. As per all the messages above, you mention that I should be receiving an email from your support team regarding my withdrawals, but to-date I haven't received any emails. It seems like I'm being misled here. If I don't receive an explanation or receive my withdrawals in the next couple of days I'll have no choice but to escalate this matter with the appropriate authorities. Please provide a status update.

I received three emails this morning stating that all of my withdrawals have been cancelled and the money returned to my bankroll. I've waited close to a month to receive my money and now they've been cancelled/declined. WHY WERE THESE WITHDRAWALS DECLINED? I'd like a proper explanation as the emails just said I had more than one withdrawal being processed, but they've all been declined.
