Starting from Tuesday, I reached out to live support each day until Friday to get information about the issue, connecting once per day. During my first contact, I was told that my identity documents had already been verified. The next day, they said they needed identity verification. On other days, they mentioned that they were directly discussing with their team. It has been a full week, and such a large online casino has been making me wait for a week to process a withdrawal of CAD 1,900. Moreover, their live support team cannot provide complete information, as they all communicate using copy-paste shortcut texts.

If you can't process my withdrawal within 1 to 3 business days, why do you state on your website that withdrawals are completed within 1 to 3 business days? You earn millions of dollars under your license, yet your system is no different from underground casinos operating in Eastern Europe. Thank you for making me experience the same lack of trust nearly a year later.
