I have tried 20 times to have this dealt with company with no luck

On July 20th, at 14:59, while playing Fortune Pai Gow on the 888Casino APP, my game ID was #23072­002­362­848­48987. During the game, I placed a bet of $0.10, adhering to the game's rules where winning both hands would result in a win of the bet, while winning one hand would result in an even money return. In this specific instance, I successfully won both hands, which should have earned me a return of $0.20. Regrettably, I received only the even money return.

This occurrence is not isolated; I had previously noticed a similar discrepancy but dismissed it as a misunderstanding. However, this time, upon careful review, it was clear that I was indeed paid incorrectly. To rectify this, I reached out to your customer service team on July 20th, generating an ITicket (#00304923) and an Incident ID (#230721-000526). Despite my diligent efforts, spanning almost a month, I have engaged with numerous agents and exchanged multiple emails, yet the matter remains unresolved.

I must express my frustration with the lack of assistance and comprehension from your customer service team. It appears that several agents, including Lawrence, Lea, and Josephine, have responded without fully comprehending the issue at hand, thereby further complicating the situation. I have attached some of these interactions for your reference, highlighting the inadequacies of the customer support provided.

Perusal of your website reveals a commitment to fair play policies. If these principles are indeed upheld, it raises concerns regarding the recurrence of this discrepancy in my case, as well as the potential for it to affect other active users on the 888 platform. I implore you to address this matter with the utmost urgency, providing a resolution to the payment discrepancy I have encountered.

Furthermore, I am perplexed by the apparent lack of proper training among your customer service agents. In light of the time and energy expended to bring this issue to your attention, I am requesting not only a swift resolution but also reimbursement for the invested effort.

I understand that you're unhappy with such experience and I can assure you that it was never our intention to let you feel that way. Having checked, I can see that the return for this game play was correct. You indeed won both hands against the dealer. However, as per rules of the game, it will only pay you 2 to 1 if you have a straight hand. In this case, it will only be a stake back since your hands is just a pairs. No my complaint has not been resolved and this company is scamming customers.... I never asked for 2:1 pay out I am asking why I never got paid for winning.... I bet $.10 and I got paid nothing just my bet returned. If you see in the games below when I bet $.10 and win my return is $.20 and when I bet $.20 and win both my return is $.40 but in the game I am arguing about I only got even money although I won't... I am even attaching screenshot proof with the game details so explain to me now how you are right??

This is what I have been told by the dozen agents and reps door the past month and not once has anyone gotten back to me. How long am I suppose to be hearing back from this new so called rep?

It has been 4 days with no update to the concern nor anything sorted out all yourdoing is replying and hoping I don't reply so this complaint gets closed ....stop messaging back until some efforts are taking to resolve this case... this just seems more and more like a scam app .... not to mention the software glitch you had which forced players on poker to time out and fold on various hands losing money which has not been responded to as well

What email are you referring to cause prior to submitting this complaints emailed you this complaint directly 5 times with all necessary details from game ID, date of incident, game of reference, exact issue with screen shots so I have no idea what further information you could probably want... it would be idiotic to ask me to resend you all the details again that are in the initial complaint here as well as my emails to you directly.... I am attaching proof of some emails I have been messaging... the messages you send here are idiotic and seem like just a plea to hide your tracks and do a runaround so noone can figure out your a scam app and don't follow gambling laws and fair play.... you only been replying in hopes that askgamblers close my complaint before it gets anywhere

Here is proof I have been emailing and that I haven't recieved a resolution since the last email recieved AUGUST 28... email proof aware of situation and details provided so stop with the nonsense
