I have been on the case with 888 for the past 11 days now and im losing the will to live.
I signed up for my own account in my own name on a friends phone as my phone was broken at the time, I added my own bank card in my own name to my friends apple Pay and made a deposit of £350 from my bank card.
I got lucky and won £2900. As I withdrew a small amount of £5 to see how quick the process would be my account was quickly blocked and I was asked to send proof of ID over in which I did and it as accepted. I then tried to log in still not working, I then received an email asking for proof of bank statement and card which I uploaded I was then requested to send in screenshots of my friends Apple ID and Wallet which I also did and I have sent this over 8 times now and still same reply please upload.
I have contacted the online chat which is absolutely useful, I’ve emailed support and operations both ignoring me.
It’s an absolute joke that this company can just take peoples hard earned money instantly but then when it comes round to withdrawing they play the long game. They have shut their phone lines down completely in the UK which just shows how dodgy they really are.
I’m asking for someone to help me here and just simply have my funds withdrawn to my bank account in which I paid with which is my own bank own card and own 888 account and I have sent over bank statements and so on.
I don’t want to play with 888 again I just simply want my money which will help me a lot with bills and so on.
