Hi there I hope someone can help me🙏🏻

I have been on the case with 888 for the past 11 days now and im losing the will to live.

I signed up for my own account in my own name on a friends phone as my phone was broken at the time, I added my own bank card in my own name to my friends apple Pay and made a deposit of £350 from my bank card.

I got lucky and won £2900. As I withdrew a small amount of £5 to see how quick the process would be my account was quickly blocked and I was asked to send proof of ID over in which I did and it as accepted. I then tried to log in still not working, I then received an email asking for proof of bank statement and card which I uploaded I was then requested to send in screenshots of my friends Apple ID and Wallet which I also did and I have sent this over 8 times now and still same reply please upload.

I have contacted the online chat which is absolutely useful, I’ve emailed support and operations both ignoring me.

It’s an absolute joke that this company can just take peoples hard earned money instantly but then when it comes round to withdrawing they play the long game. They have shut their phone lines down completely in the UK which just shows how dodgy they really are.

I’m asking for someone to help me here and just simply have my funds withdrawn to my bank account in which I paid with which is my own bank own card and own 888 account and I have sent over bank statements and so on.

I don’t want to play with 888 again I just simply want my money which will help me a lot with bills and so on.

Hi surprising how quick I get a reply through here but I do appreciate it.

I’m hoping and praying that this is resolved and sorted out asap it’s been so stressful and has affected my life if I’m honest and my mental state. I’ve provided every single document required my bank statements my proof of card my ID everything you name it I have done. Please please just do the right thing withdraw my funds you have my bank details on file as it’s a Wise bank card you will need to withdraw to my sort code and account number which I have attached to the email I sent and it will show on my bank statement from the card I used at the time of deposit.

Hi I have received emails saying my withdrawal has been processed but I need to change my bank details on file for the money to be sent too. I have emailed over my bank details with Santander to have the money paid into here. Please let me know what’s going off. Thanks

Still not received funds. They’ve said they have sent to my bank which i have closed down I have updated with new bank details and they’re yet again ignoring emails. This company is scaring me I can’t believe they get away with this

I can confirm that your withdrawal has been processed on our end. We suggest to give it a bit more time to be credited on your bank. Sometimes it depends on how fast your bank process their transactions, thanks.

Hi as I explained you have the incorrect bank details this account is no longer in use so it needs to be cancelled the withdrawal and send to my new bank details which I have disclosed on email and on here.

We understand, it's just that the withdrawal was already been released on our end and it's already on it's way to your account. For now we need to wait for the money to be return to us since you've mentioned that the account is already closed. Once we have it back we can process the withdrawal again to the right account. But we suggest to keep in contact with your bank for any update on the first withdrawal. Don't worry we'll make sure to keep an eye on it as well.

Funds have still not been received, the funds was sent to a bank which I closed down so please can I have confirmation that the funds have bounced back to you.

I have received confirmation from yourself that the funds have bounced back to you. I have replied to that email with my up to date bank details.

Please confirm you have received this email and yacht my funds have been sen CORRECTLY to my new STARLING bank details.
