My account was verified with ID for at least 8months and had no problem with anything now its locked and can't do anything and they hold my money 1005.64$.

So 30 days ago they asked for utility bill for verification. I sent them utility bill they approved the utility bill and after that they told me I needed to send ids again.

I sent id again they got approved again, but all the restriction are still on my account and I can't do anything with my money. Some agent in their support chat told me that there was no restriction on my account which is false because I cant do anything with my money.

At this point I just want my money. It feel like it's a never ending loop of verification.
