On 13th July 2023 I submitted a withdrawal request with 888Casino for £148,000 (request ID: 632929061982).
I waited for the suggested 6 days although understood this may take slightly longer due to the amount, however I chased via the live chat for an update. Following this I had to upload documentation to verify my ID (passport, driving licence, bank statement), followed by a second round of verification on the 26/07 to upload a copy of my bank card.
This was all approved and confirmed against my account and by email by 29/07.
Since then I have followed up for a status update with 3-4 agents on the live chat, as well as an agent on the phone. None of the above have been able to confirm a date or the latest status of my withdrawal, just that they are “escalating it” and really apologetic.
The most recent time I requested an update I asked for an email/contact details that I can contact myself - I was met with the same support email I have been in touch with already and did not receive the follow up with a status update that I was promised.
During this whole process my account was suspended by the safe gambling team (I don’t have the exact dates) but I have an email discussing this from 31/07, I now have access to my account again but am no further with my withdrawal.
