I’m being given the runaround so that 888 can hold my money forever.

You can see that my account was verified and then the transactions department initiated a manual withdrawal. After, I never received my money. Then when I asked why, they said my account wasn’t verified and didn’t match with my account address (old address).

So, I asked support to update my account address to my new address which matched all the documents’ addresses that I had previously sent before and received approval.

So, I resent the requested documents and now it matches my files. Then, support says that it was rejected because the documents were invalid.

However, these are the exact documents that were accepted before and I sent the official encrypted documents issued by the banks showing the requested info. I even sent the new updated ones for the latest month.

Now, I no longer get responses for my issue and just receive infinite verify your account messages while my money is forever stuck. I have been waiting for two months.

This is so frustrating, 888 has the worst service ever. I don’t have any other verification documents left to provide. I sent them bank statements from 3 of the major banks in Canada.
