After a very frustrating and grueling process to verify my I.D. with the 888 team, i am now fully verified.
25/10 I had a confirmation email stating the withdrawal restriction was removed and the payment for $6209 USD would be paid within 3 full business days.
26/10 i received a email with the $50USD payment approved (received)
28/10 I received a email with a $280 USD payment approved received)
Since then I have been messaging on the live chat daily, and emailing every couple of days to have the rest paid out.
I keep being told it is being escalated, but nothing happens except dozens of emails saying just that.
28/10 I was promised a solution within 72 hours, which I never received.
The latest is now 6/11 saying "Kindly note that I have requested for your withdrawals to be reprocessed via Apple Pay. Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect on your account."
I have asked for the amount and proof of the transfer to Apple Pay as the withdrawal on 888s website still only shows the above two received payments.
I cannot call, or get any replies out of them. what can I do to receive my payout in full?
