I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I have been experiencing with 888 Casino regarding the withdrawal of my funds. Despite adhering to their stated withdrawal time frames, I have not received my withdrawals, and the lack of updates and communication from 888 Casino has become quite frustrating.

I initiated my withdrawal request on April 19th 2024 and according to 888 Casino's stated policy, the processing time should only take one day and 4-7 days to reach my account by wire. However, multiple days have passed without any progress on my withdrawal. The situation has now escalated to April 30th I was informed that they will reprocess my withdrawal and guaranteed to be deposited within 4 to 7 business days again, and I have yet not received my funds. Now on May 9th 2024 I have been informed after 200 chat conversations and 40 phone calls that my withdraw will be repossessed again, the same way and I will need to wait the extended timeframe again. I have already waited 14 business days with emails and documentation of promises and guaranteed funds to arrive. I have had deposits from 88 numerous times before with no issues.

I have made several attempts to contact 888 Casino's customer support regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received any substantial updates or explanations for the delay. I provided them with all the necessary information and have followed their instructions diligently, but the issue remains unresolved. I am more than understanding and patient I am a true fan of 888. I would like to see this matter, resolved due to the timeframe and circumstances I believe that is the only right thing to do.

Given the circumstances, I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter. I have chosen to reach out to AskGamblers a reputable and respected platform in the gambling industry to help facilitate a resolution to this ongoing problem.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could intervene on my behalf by contacting 888 Casino regarding my withdrawal and urging them to expedite the process. Additionally, if there are any known issues or reasons causing such delays, greatly appreciative of all the help from 888 supervisors and support you at this point I would just like my issue and withdrawal to be completed

Please find below the details of my withdrawal request for your reference:

- Casino: 888 Casino

- Withdrawal Request Date: April 19th 2024 35000$ cad - not completed approved

- withdrawal April 30th, 2024 35000$ CAD approved and a personal guarantee from numerous supervisors - never came

- withdrawal May 9th now 35000s$ approved again told to wait for the full-time frame again still not resolved or funds deposited to a regular account.

I trust in AskGamblers' ability to help resolve this matter and restore my faith in the integrity of online gambling platforms. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this issue.

We deeply apologize for the delay on our response here, We've double checked your account and our system and I can confirm that the withdrawal was released on our end last April 18 2024.
