I won a big amount(27 000 euro) last October, and then started verifying. Did what they asked for, and I was verified. Then my account got for some reason under investigation, without giving me any information. Since November I have tried to withdraw my money and talked to 888casino. They do answer me, but seldom and sometimes not answering my questions. I know there is some difficulties since I am a norwegian customer, but I know other customers have successfully withdrawn with visa and/or Luxon. Both options I have so I have told them I can use that, all logic suggests that this is easy to do. But nothing has happened, and I have struggled now for 6 months.

Last mail I got (which I have gotten same multiple times) was 4 days ago

Because they no longer offer services in norway I have not had access to live chat for months, and the mail came from a «no reply» mail, so hard for me to send info back. But I sent this info to [email protected] now (and several times earlier) but have not gotten any answer. Maybe they will fix it, but it has taken so long time so my trust in them are very little. Therefore I am making this complaint.
