I created an account in 888 casino at the beginning of December 2022. Made deposit using Visa card and won at slots. After a while account has been suspended and deposits cancelled but winnings still at account. I sent ID card as requested and it has been approved. After sent Visa card copy, statement, two bills. All has been accepted and successfully verified. But account is still suspended. After a while operations team requested new photo ID, Passport was uploaded. As well they requested again bill. My address is same same, not changes. Is two bill and statement clearly showing home address is not enough?
Winnings are still at account balance 2700 eur.
P.S.
Attached requested screenshots numbers goes from 1 to 5. First documents request, after confirmation that all documents are verified. And still nothing account is disabled.
