They allowed me to give them money and bet without verification. I then requested a withdrawal. I almost immediately get an email from the finance team stating it was rejected because I hadn’t satisfied the wager requirement. I then wager enough and won more. Now it’s been more than 24 hours and I’ve received zero communication. When I speak with chat support, it’s same old copy and paste answers. “Being processed by our finance team”. Served on a first come first served basis.

Why is my case handled so quickly when it’s rejected but so slowly when it’s going to be approved?

Also, if ID verification is eventually going to be requested before any withdrawals can be made, why isn’t this an automated requirement when you go to withdraw.
