Withdrawal of 20000 INR from 20 June 2025 is not yet received in my bank account

I am writing this to raise a serious complaint regarding my withdrawal request, which has not been fulfilled yet.
I made a withdrawal of ₹20000 on 21/06/2025, but till now I have not received the amount. I have already submitted all the required documents and also provided the UTR number, but there has been no proper response or resolution from your side.
It is extremely disappointing that even after 2 months, the withdrawal is still pending. I request you to clarify:
1. Why has the withdrawal not been processed yet?
2. Why is there a delay from your team or agents?
3. Why are customers being made to wait for such long periods without any update?
This kind of negligence is affecting the trust users have in your platform. I request that you take strict action against the responsible agent and resolve my issue immediately.

All internal records, including the UTR number and the status of the transaction, have been checked multiple times.
According to the final confirmation received from the payment provider:
The withdrawal was successfully processed from our side.
The UTR number 517214717652 corresponds to the transaction.
The funds were not returned to our merchant account, which means we do not currently hold the funds.
Since the money is not on our side, further resolution is unfortunately beyond our control at this stage. We kindly ask you to continue communication with your bank using the UTR reference, as only the receiving bank can trace the final location of the payment when the transaction is confirmed as completed on the provider’s side.
We sincerely regret that we cannot assist further until the bank or payment provider offers new information. If there are any updates from the provider in the future, we will immediately inform you.
