Some support agents even gave conflicting timelines — saying 3–4 hours, 24 hours, and even 72 hours — with no consistency or evidence that the transaction was ever initiated. Despite being told that the withdrawal was "approved" and "in the hands of the payment provider," I’ve not received any transaction ID, receipt, timestamp, or confirmation that the money was actually transferred.
