Hello, I made a withdrawal request for Rs 20000 on 24th March, but money is still not credited to my bank account, I received a UTR number from one of the 1x agent and they asked me to verify with bank, I went to my bank and as per them they can not verify this UTR since the UTR should 16digits Alpha numerical. I again called 1xbet and provided same information but they are asking to bring a statement with official bank stamp showing no payment received for rs 20000. I again went to bank and asked branch manager for the statement and have bank official stamp on that. And submitted back to 1xbet but still my money is not credited. Please help me, I already submitted my bank statement with official bank stamp on it. One more thing I noticed the agents from 1xbetbstaing the amount has been sent to me via NEFT but in the payment query section there is noted that payment sent to me via Googlepay, just wondering what is going on. It's so frustrating now 😔
