On April 14th, 2025, 1xBet India mentioned that an E-transfer of INR 40900 was done to my ICICI savings bank account, which has not been credited to my bank account to date. I have raised complaints numerous times and have submitted bank statements as demanded by them. 1xBet site provided a transaction ID, which was claimed to be fake when I enquired with my bank. I was asked to get a letter from the bank supporting what for which I need transaction details from 1xBet (transferee name and account details). Whenever I requested these details, 1xBet refused to provide any information except the untraceable, false transaction ID.
Once again, on June 16th, 2025, a withdrawal requested and confirmed by 1xBet for INR 20400 was completed under E-transfer no 365623876,5, which was not credited to my bank account. Again, in spite of submitting bank statements, 1xBet kept denying giving the money or transaction details and provided only a fake transfer ID, which cannot be traced by the bank.
Please help me get my money back.
