I am writing to raise an issue regarding a withdrawal I made from my 1xBet account.

Username/Account ID: < sent to the casino >
Withdrawal Date: 11th July 2025
Amount: 30,000 INR
Payment Method: Bank transfer
The withdrawal status on 1xBet shows as “Completed”, but the funds have not been credited to my bank account. I have received many withdrawals before, and they were instant, so this delay is unusual.
I raised a ticket with 1xBet support and contacted their finance department via email, but the responses have been unclear. Support says the withdrawal is “in working status,” which contradicts the “Completed” status shown in my account. They have not provided me with any transaction reference number (ARN, UTR, or SWIFT code) to follow up with my bank.
I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring the funds are either credited to my account or returned to my 1xBet balance.
