On 16/02/2026, I requested a withdrawal which was marked as "Successful" on 17/02/2026 in my 1xBet account history. However, no funds have been credited to my bank account.
I have contacted 1xBet support multiple times they have repeatedly closed my tickets without resolution or a clear explanation.
Request: I am asking 1xBet to provide a valid UTR number so I can track this with my bank, or to return the funds to my gaming balance if the transaction failed on their end.
I have attached screenshots of my 1xBet transaction history showing the "Successful" status and my bank statement covering the period from the withdrawal date to the present.
