Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team,
I would like to file a formal complaint against the casino 1xBet.
On [27/8/2025], I deposited [120AED] into my 1xBet account (ID: 204039901. However, until today (6 days later), the money has not been credited to my account.
I contacted 1xBet support several times, but I received no helpful response. They continue to ignore my messages, and I do not know the status of my funds.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that 1xBet either credits the deposit to my account or refunds my money.
