Hello, my account number 724663719 last week i reported an issue to their agent about withdrawal where my payment declined by operator using Mastercard. So they told me to choose another method of payment and followed it ,deposit the money using the new method Neteller and placed a bet over1.1 then email their team etc. Now, it has been for days i did not get any response or any updates now i start worrying will i ever get my money back or what. I feel that they are ignoring me , try to scam. I am getting tired of waiting it almost a week now. Please do your necessaey and stop keep me in the blurred. I want my money
