It has been 120 hours (5 days) yet my deposit is missing. I've clarified with my bank & they confirmed that the amount was credited to the beneficiary. After repeated reminders & constant follow-ups over email, chat & calls still I haven't received my deposit. I'm frustrated and this is traumatizing for me.
I request 1Xbet to resolve this issue asap.
