Hello there, I've made a deposit of 100 MAD exactly 24 hours ago and it has not been credited yet, here are the details.
-24 hours ago, I deposited 100 MAD using bank transfer, about an hour later, I contacted support who told me to wait 2 additional hours, I waited, nothing, I re-contacted them, this time they opened a payment query for them and they've told me that it'll be solved within a full working day, it hasn't.
-Support has just been stalling me ever-since.
-Prior to this disputed deposit, about 30mins before, I made a deposit of the same amount using the same method and it was successful, my take is that the agent thought I was trying to trick him into thinking that I made 2 deposit requests using the same bank transfer but I didn't, I can't share my receipt here for privacy reasons but the proofs I submitted clearly show two distinctive transactions IDs, date and time.
