Hello! I made a deposit of 98,700 rubles on January 21, 2025. The request is still being processed. I believe that a lot of time has passed and during this time it would have been possible to solve the problem with crediting the deposit, since at their request I provided a check from the bank, a bank statement and a video recording from my personal account, where I open the transaction and show the check.
