On May 17 2024 , at 11:06 p.m I Deposited my 1500 rs. from Google pay to 1xbet "RKR ENTERPRISES" account by their "QR" deposit method, that time Google pay was showing" processing " after 2 hrs. they showed "successful". But the money was not credited into my 1xbet account.
Then I again made a payment at 11:18 p.m of 1500 rupees from Phone Pe app to 1xbet UPI method that payment was successfully done. But the previous payment of 1500 rs. from Google pay was not credited. Then I sent emails to 1xbet, they asked me to send screenshot of payment then I sent them the screenshot. Then they replied me "Our specialist is looking to your problem" kind of shit. After this I mailed them back about how much is it going to take ,they never replied me after that.
I also contacted "customer support"of 1xbet and "requested a call" from them but they didn't called me from 3 days. but I can’t receive it. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I have already talked to and emailed the 1x bet team many times, but I can’t get any feedback from them. That's really a very "POOR" service from 1xbet. Neither they are calling me nor they replying me. I don't know what to do now. 1500 rs. is a good amount for me. I want to get back my money or credit it into my 1xbet account.

@Askgamblers , I request you to take some action please. Last night I was worried about whether my money going to come or not. So I started reading other people's complaint here. I read a bunch of complaints about deposit. From their complaint I concluded that 1xbet are fraud. They do not help their customers,they doesn't care about our problem. They keep sending the automatic generated messages. That's why the rating of this "FRAUD" casino is so low. On the other hand the rating of other betting sites are far better than this. Because their customers are getting treated in good way and their problems are getting solved.
