I am filing this formal complaint against 1xBet for systematic withdrawal fraud. On February 14, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 5,000 ETB (User ID: 1547674575). The system successfully deducted the full amount from my player balance. However, the 1xBet payment agent only transferred 4,000 ETB to my Coopay-Ebirr account (Transfer ID: 2080168506). There is a missing balance of 1,000 ETB that was never delivered.
Mathematics has its own language: There is absolutely no room for confusion here. 5,000 (Deducted) - 4,000 (Received) = 1,000 (Owed). 1xBet is trying to complicate a very simple case to frustrate me. If they claim the full 5,000 ETB was sent, let them provide a receipt for 5,000 ETB. They cannot, because it doesn't exist. My Coopay-Ebirr receipt clearly shows a 'Success' status for 4,000 ETB only.
I have been in contact with 1xBet support (including representative Bradley) for over 6 weeks. While they acknowledge the situation, they have failed to credit the missing 1,000 ETB. Their latest responses are mere stalling tactics. After 44 days of waiting, I demand that 1xBet take responsibility and credit the remaining 1,000 ETB immediately.
