I have sent them an email regarding the same case from last month and ive been following up with it since then but the issue is not fixed until now. As you can see from the below screenshots, they have deducted 624aed from my account but it did not reflected in the system. I have submitted all the documents they asked but the amount is not reflecting until now or atleast refunded in my account. The amount is more than a month now and i feel like they are not doing anything, i mean they have all the necessary documents but they did not even refunded the amount in my account
